We understand that a clients treatment phase may take time and that records may need to be requested for additional dates of service or from a new provider. No worries! Simply advise us by completing our client update form and we’ll take care of it.
Submit Request
Requests can be submitted on the CaseDocs portal 24/7. Request are sent toproviders same day.
Request Tracking
The CaseDocs team will call to ensure the request has been received and
document case with status notes. Request are followed up on every four business days. Check status in real time by logging in to the portal.
Records Received
Once we receive the records, they will be reviewed for quality and uploaded to the portal. You will receive an email notification that the records are available. Records can be accessed anytime. Files are organized and stored on the cloud based portal.
Invoice Payment
Payment for records can be pre-paid at the time of the request or after records are received. There is no charge for cancelling a request, records that are not found or for chiropractic record requests.
